Equipment

Standard or industrial air conditioning equipment dries out the air in your cellar subsequently reducing humidity levels well below 50%.

Air-conditioning systems designed for wine cellars don’t dry out air but rather maintain humidity in the desired range.

Temperature & Humidity

The optimum temperature for storing Champagne, Red and White Wine is between 12°C - 15°C.

Humidity in a wine cellar is vital to achieve optimum storage conditions,  if it is too high, there is risk of mould or bacteria, and if too low, corks may dry out. Generally, humidity should be in the range from 55% to 75%.
